This Money Magazine article tells you how to save on groceries, supposedly. Really, the only advice in it is:

• buy stuff that’s on sale, stock up on it, keep doing that and eventually you’ll have a full cupboard of all the stuff you need
• don’t buy pre-prepared stuff because it’s more expensive than the individual ingredients.

Who knew??
